The Training and Education Committee strives to increase the knowledge, skills and abilities of Emergency Managers in California and advance the professional attributes needed for CESA members' success as emergency management practitioners. The Committee works with the California Specialized Training Institute (CSTI) of Cal OES on the proposed EOC Credentialing Program and the revision of their course programs. The Committee also produces a wide-range of educational programs, online training, and seminars/workshops for their membership. Each Chapter also has regularly scheduled informational seminars and training sessions throughout the year.
